  • 作者简介:李祖兵，教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任武汉大学口腔医学院口腔颌面外科教研室主任、口腔颌面创伤与颞下颌关节外科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会常务委员、口腔颌面创伤学组组长、口腔颌面修复重建学组副组长，中国整形美容协会常务委员，湖北省口腔医学会常务理事、口腔颌面创伤与整形专业委员会主任委员，武汉大学学术委员会委员，国际牙医师学院院士等职务。专业领域为口腔颌面部创伤、颌骨缺损的修复重建、颌骨畸形的正颌矫治。曾在美国纽约大学Brookdale医疗中心及美国密苏里大学牙学院进修，担任多种学术刊物编委，先后主持4项国家自然科学基金项目与8项省、市级科研项目。获省部级科技进步二等奖3项、三等奖5项。主编和参编专著19部，发表论文180余篇，其中SCI收录论文30余篇。为国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。

摘要：

可吸收钉板是颌面部骨折行开放复位内固定术时应用的新型材料。文章拟对应用可吸收钉板固定颌面部骨折的注意事项做一探讨，重点概括应用可吸收内固定系统的共性问题，详述围手术期相关注意事项及并发症的处理，以期分享我科在此方面的经验，并与同道交流，促进国内可吸收钉板在颌面部骨折治疗中的应用规范。

Abstract:

 Resorbable screws and plates are new materials for open reduction and internal fixation of maxillofacial fractures. This article will discuss considerations during the application of resorbable screws and plates in maxillofacial fractures，summarize common problems of the resorbable internal fixation system，and expatiate considerations during perioperative period and the treatment for complication，which aims to share our experience，to communicate with people engaged in the same pursuit，and to promote application protocols of our country for resorbable screws and plates in the treatment of maxillofacial fractures.
