呼吸及免疫系统疾病患者拔牙的风险及防治

  • 作者简介:薛洋，医学博士，第四军医大学口腔医学院口腔外科主治医师、讲师。兼任中国整形美容协会牙颌颜面医疗美容分会理事，陕西省口腔医学会口腔颌面外科学专业委员会秘书、青年委员。主要从事牙槽外科常见疾病的诊疗工作及口腔相关遗传病和罕见病研究。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，以第一及通讯作者发表SCI收录论文11篇，副主编、副主译专著各1部，参编、参译专著6部，辅导硕士、博士研究生9名。陕西省优秀博士学位论文获得者。曾获陕西省科技进步一等奖、陕西省教学成果一等奖。

摘要：

呼吸及免疫系统疾病的临床症状和体征会干扰此类患者拔牙操作的正常进行。此外，拔牙过程也可能会加重患者系统性疾病的临床症状，且围手术期用药亦可能对系统性疾病治疗所用药物造成影响。文章针对呼吸及免疫系统疾病患者拔牙过程中可能出现的风险及其预防和处理进行阐述，以期为口腔医生在临床工作中能够对此类患者安全、顺利地实施牙拔除术提供参考。

Abstract:

The procedure of tooth extraction can be affected by respiratory system diseases or immune system diseases. On the other hand，the process of tooth extraction can also make the symptoms of these diseases worse. Furthermore，the medications used in tooth extraction may interact with those used for systemic diseases. Thus，the aim of this paper is to review the risks of tooth extraction when dealing with patients with respiratory system diseases or immune system diseases. Meanwhile，how to prevent the potential risks and treatment once happening are also reviewed in this paper in order to provide reference for the safe tooth extraction.
