初戴无托槽隐形矫治器与Damon Q自锁托槽成年女性正畸疼痛对比研究

摘要:

目的    比较成年女性正畸患者初戴无托槽隐形矫治器与Damon Q自锁托槽时疼痛程度及疼痛规律。方法    选取2014年1月至2016年4月高要人民医院口腔科就诊的81例成年女性正畸患者,随机分成2组,试验组44例佩戴无托槽隐形矫治器,对照组37例佩戴Damon Q自锁托槽,矫治器佩戴后均给予调查问卷,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)量表分别记录佩戴后2、4、8、24 h以及2、3、4、5、6、7 d等各时间点疼痛发生的强度,同时应用简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评估疼痛的性质和口腔溃疡情况。结果    收回有效问卷76份,应用无托槽隐形矫治器与Damon Q自锁托槽的疼痛发生率及疼痛强度差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05),疼痛性质则有较大差异(P < 0.05)。无托槽隐形矫治口腔溃疡发生率小于Damon Q自锁托槽矫治(P < 0.05)。结论    初戴无托槽隐形矫治器与Damon Q自锁托槽基本上都会出现疼痛,但疼痛性质及口腔溃疡发生率有差异。

Abstract:

Objective    To compare the pain in adult female patients with the application of the invisalign® and Damon Q self-locking brackets during initial orthodontic treatment. Methods    Totally 81 orthodontic adult female patients were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:44 patients in experimental group wore invisalign® aligners while 37 patients in control group wore Damon Q self-locking brackets appliances. VAS was used to evaluate the time of occurrence of pain and the degree of the pain at 2 h,4 h,8 h,24 h,2 d,3 d,4 d,5 d,6 d and 7 d after the orthodontic treatment. SF-MPQ was used to evaluate the nature of the pain and the incidence of ulcer. Results    Totally 76 effective questionnaires had been collected,and no significant differences were demonstrated in the overall rates of occurrence or the degree of the pain in both groups within the observation period(P > 0.05),but the nature of the pain was different. The incidence rate of ulcer in experimental group was lower than in control group. Conclusion    Basically there is pain in the patients who wear invisalign and Damon Q self-locking brackets for the first time, but the nature of the pain and the occurrence of ulcer have significant difference.
