腔镜乳腺癌手术应用现状及展望

摘要: 腔镜技术具有创伤小、恢复快、美容学效果好等优点。传统乳腺腔镜技术由于建腔困难,难以开展。随着逆序法、辅助孔、降落伞法补片缝合、术后调整等理论的提出,乳腺腔镜技术不断发展、成熟,现已成功开展多种术式,提高其安全性和美容学结局,并可开展日间手术。理论创新下的乳腺腔镜技术有更广泛的手术适应人群,且手术效率和美容学效果提高、外科学及肿瘤学安全性有保证,使其不断普及与开展。期待未来开展大量高质量的临床试验,以期为腔镜乳腺癌手术的应用提供更高级别循证医学证据支持。

Abstract: Endoscopy-assisted surgery offers benefits such as reduced trauma, quicker recovery, and improved aesthetic outcomes. Conventional breast endoscopy-assisted surgery presents challenges due to the complexities of cavity construction. With the theory of the transaxillary reverse-sequence approach, auxiliary holes, the parachute patch technique, and the postoperative adjustment concept, breast endoscopy-assisted surgery continues to develop and mature, and a variety of surgical procedures have been successfully carried out. Breast endoscopy-assisted surgery can improve the safety and aesthetic outcomes, and can be routinely used in day surgery. Breast endoscopy-assisted surgery, with its theoretical innovations, has a broader range of surgical applications. The improvements in surgical efficiency, aesthetic outcomes, and safety assurance in surgical and oncological aspects have contributed to its increasing popularity and advancement domestically and internationally. It is expected that a large number of high-quality clinical trials will be carried out in the future, in order to provide a higher level of evidence-based medical evidence for the application of endoscopy-assisted surgery in breast cancer.
