Abstract    Objective    To visualize and analyze contents and hotspots of abdominal aortic aneurysms in China. Methods    Using the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database as the source, 338 core articles were retrieved from 2010 to 2021, and the contents and hotspots were visually analyzed by CiteSpaceV software. Results    The overall trend of research publications in the field of abdominal aortic aneurysm in China in the past 10 years was smooth, and the research institutions were mainly affiliated hospitals of medical universities, and high-productive authors formed small groups relying on institutions, however cross-institutional or regional cooperation was less and not closely connected; endovascular aortic repair was the main research content, and in the past 3 years the research hotspots were endoleak( Strength: 2.24) and reintervention( Strength: 1.61) . Conclusion    The research trend was basically consistent with foreign studies, there was still a shortage of research in our country, which needs to be expanded, especially the inter-institutional cooperation.
