射频消融在肝细胞癌合并门静脉癌栓治疗中应用进展

摘要: 肝细胞癌(HCC)合并门静脉癌栓(PVTT)发病率高,病人生存时间短,是目前肝癌治疗领域具有挑战性的难题。射频消融是小肝癌治疗的重要微创方法,在特定条件下,射频消融能使无法手术的HCC合并PVTT病人获益,但是单一的射频消融术后极易发生复发转移。射频消融联合其他治疗方式能够有效降低复发率,进一步提高病人的远期存活率。

Abstract    Portal vein tumor thrombus has a high incidence rate, and these patients have short survival time,so it is a difficult point in the treatment of the hepatocellular carcinoma. Radiofrequency ablation is an important minimally invasive technique for the treatment of small hepatocellular carcinoma,and it can benefit HCC patients with portal vein tumor thrombus under certain condition,but the recurrence and metastasis can easily happen after the monotherapy of radiofrequency ablation. Radiofrequency ablation combined with other treatments can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and prolong the long-term survival rate.
