医源性血管损伤处理原则

摘要： 近年来随着动静脉穿刺和介入手术的不断增多，医源性血管损伤（IVI）的发生率显著增加。医源性血管损伤常具有突发性，但在不同的团队、不同的医生手中，结果可能截然不同。损伤一旦发生，如处理不当或不及时，必将产生严重后果。因此，及早发现、及时处置是防范IVI的关键。

Abstract    In recent years，with the continuous increase of arteriovenous puncture and interventional surgery，the incidence of iatrogenic vascular injury（IVI）has increased significantly. Iatrogenic vascular injuries are often sudden，but in different teams and different doctors，the results may be completely different. Once the damage occurs， it will have serious consequences if it is handled improperly or not in time. Therefore，early detection and timely disposal are the key to preventing IVI.
