腔镜和机器人手术在乳腺癌外科应用进展

摘要: 近年来,以腔镜技术和机器人手术系统为代表的微创外科技术日趋成熟。鉴于其精准、微创、美观等优势,在乳腺外科领域得到了广泛应用,也形成了相对完善的技术体系。目前,在合理的适应证下,传统乳腺癌外科手术均可在腔镜和机器人辅助下完成,同时腔镜技术和机器人手术系统在乳房重建领域也体现出独特优势。伴随着国内外各医疗机构的广泛开展和技术突破,乳腺微创外科展现出更广阔的前景。

Abstract    In recent years,minimally invasive surgical technology represented by endoscopic and robotic surgery is increasingly mature. It is a significant development of modern surgical techniques. Due to its advantages such as precision,minimally invasive and aesthetics,it has been widely applied in the field of breast surgery. At present,with reasonable indications,the common traditional breast cancer surgery can be completed via the endoscopic/robotic technology. It also shows unique advantages in the field of breast reconstruction surgery. With the continuous technological breakthroughs and innovations,minimally invasive breast surgery technology has shown a broader prospect of application.
