Abstract    Endovascular therapy is the first choice for peripheral arterial disease (PAD). With the development of devices, especially debulking technique, the technique success rate of complex peripheral arterial disease has been significantly improved. However, long-term follow-up results are still lacking. The clinicians should select the best methods according to characteristics for lesions, surgeons’ own skill and the cost-effectiveness of various treatment methods.
