Abstract    Over the past 50 years， with the rapid development of clinical nutrition technology， people have been gradually getting aware of malnutrition and its harm. Nutritional screening and evaluation tools have been improved continuously，and clinical nutrition intervention methods have gotten great progress. However， it can not be ignored that the traditional or classic clinical nutrition practice and research methods are facing bottlenecks and lots of challenges. It’s urgent problem to be solved to improve clinical nutrition practices and scientific researches in China.
