外科营养支持治疗焦点问题及研究进展

摘要:

临床营养技术经过近半个世纪的快速发展,人们对营养不良及其危害的认识逐步提高,营养筛查及评价的相关手段不断改进,临床营养干预方法取得了较大进步,营养治疗理念也得到进一步提升。但不能忽视的是,传统或经典的临床营养实践和研究正面临着瓶颈和诸多挑战,努力提高我国临床营养实践和科研水平是亟待解决的问题。

关键词: 临床营养, 筛查与评定, 支持治疗

Abstract    Over the past 50 years, with the rapid development of clinical nutrition technology, people have been gradually getting aware of malnutrition and its harm. Nutritional screening and evaluation tools have been improved continuously,and clinical nutrition intervention methods have gotten great progress. However, it can not be ignored that the traditional or classic clinical nutrition practice and research methods are facing bottlenecks and lots of challenges. It’s urgent problem to be solved to improve clinical nutrition practices and scientific researches in China.
