超声内镜在胆道疾病诊治中的应用

摘要：

胆道结构复杂，传统影像学诊断胆总管微小结石、胆总管狭窄及胆囊早期占位性病变等疾病往往存在困难，与之相比，超声内镜（EUS）诊断这些疾病具有较大的优势；EUS引导下细针穿刺术（EUS-FNA）对于胆道梗阻、肝门部占位性病变的病理学诊断具有重要价值，EUS引导下的胆道引流术、胆囊引流术和胆囊取石术也已显示出良好应用前景。

Abstract    Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) has great advantages in the diagnosis and therapy of bile duct diseases, such as microlithiasis of common bile duct, common bile duct stenosis and early lesions of gallbladder, comparing with the other traditional imaging technologies. Endoscopic ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) is of great value in the pathologic diagnosis of biliary obstruction and hilar mass.EUS guided biliary and gallbladder drainage even cholecystolithotomy have showed promising future for clinical application.
