射频消融技术在肝癌综合治疗中合理应用

摘要:

近年来,射频消融(RFA)因其出色的局部肿瘤控制能力和显著的微创特点,使其在肝癌(HCC)治疗领域扮演着越来越重要的角色,并成为继肝切除、 肝移植后又一小肝癌根治性治疗手段。由于HCC的特殊性,其治疗策略也应该个体化。因此,应合理运用RFA的特点,使其在HCC的各种治疗策略中灵活运用,并与肝移植及肝切除术的优点互相补充,从而使更多的HCC病人受益。

Abstract:

Abstract    In recent years,radiofrequency ablation (RFA) has played a more and more important role in the various treatment strategies for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Liver transplantation,liver resection and RFA are acknowledged as effective treatments with curative intent for early HCC. Because of heterogeneity,HCC is one of the prevalent malignant diseases that cause serious damage to the public health. So,the treatment strategy should be individualized. RFA,liver transplantation and hepatectomy could be complementary to each other for the treatment of HCC and benefit numerous patients.
