特殊类型腹膜炎诊断与治疗原则

摘要：

腹膜炎在临床上较为常见，其在临床病理变化过程和临床表现上不同于一般急性腹膜炎。特殊类型腹膜炎的诊断和治疗与一般急性腹膜炎存在许多共性，以手术治疗为主，需结合其自身特点来制定个体化的治疗方案。

Abstract:

Principle of diagnosis and treatment of special type of peritonitis YANG Lian-yue，YANG Hao. It is different from general acute peritonitis in pathological and clinical features. The diagnosis and treatment of special peritonitis have many commonness with general acute peritonitis. Most cases of special peritonitis need surgical treatment，but they also need to be combined with the characteristics of their own to develop individualized treatment programs. The paper mainly discusses the diagnosis and treatment principles of special peritonitis.hina
