目的    探讨甲状腺髓样癌合并乳头状癌的临床特征。方法    回顾性分析2009年1月至2016年3月华西医院甲状腺外科初治的13例甲状腺髓样癌合并乳头状癌（合并组）和101例甲状腺髓样癌病人（甲状腺髓样癌组）临床资料。结果    合并组与甲状腺髓样癌组病人的年龄［（45.4±12.5）岁 vs. （45.7±14.2）岁］、性别等基础资料以及病灶［最大径（27.3±17.7）mm vs. （25.4±14.8）mm］、淋巴结转移等病理特征差异均无统计学意义。结论    甲状腺髓样癌合并乳头状癌与单纯甲状腺髓样癌的侵袭性和预后无明显不同。

Abstract    Objective    To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with concurrent medullary thyroid carcinoma and papillary thyroid carcinoma. Methods    From January 2009 to March 2016， a total of 13 patients with concurrent medullary thyroid carcinoma and papillary thyroid carcinoma and 101 patients with medullary thyroid carcinoma accepted thyroidectomy and lymph node dissection in the Department of Thyroid Surgery of West China Hospital, Sichuan University. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results    There was no statistical difference on age, gender, tumor diameter, cervical lymph node metastasis between the patients who suffered from medullary thyroid carcinoma with or not with papillary thyroid carcinoma. Conclusion    The invasion ability and outcome are not difference between the group of patients with concurrent medullary thyroid carcinoma and papillary thyroid carcinoma and the group of patients with medullary thyroid carcinoma.
