摘要：

规范合理的评估及管理模式对延缓慢性肾脏病进展、改善患者生存质量具有重要意义。2002年美国国家肾脏基金会所属“肾脏病预后质量倡议”(Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative，K/DOQI)工作组制定了慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)评估、分期和分层临床实践指南，提出了其评估与管理的概念性框架。2012年国际肾脏病组织“肾脏病：改善全球预后”(Kidney Disease：Improving Global Outcomes，KDIGO)在K/DOQI指南基础上，对慢性肾脏病的分期、进展评估与防治、转诊与诊疗模式等方面进行了细化、修订和更新，颁布了CKD评估及管理临床实践指南。

Abstract:

Abstract：A suitable evaluation and management structure is important for delaying the progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and improving the quality of life for the CKD patients.The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) have established the “Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative (K/DOQI) Clinical Practice Guidelines for Chronic Kidney Disease：Evaluation，Classification，and Stratification” in 2002，and raised a conceptual framework for CKD evaluation and management.Then in 2012，Kidney Disease：Improving Global Outcomes (KDIGO) published the “KDIGO 2012 Clinical Practice Guideline for the Evaluation and Management of Chronic Kidney Disease”，and we will review the star points and essential parts of the guideline.
