摘要：

内科胸腔镜是一项安全、有效、易操作的微创诊疗技术，对不明原因胸膜和肺疾病的诊断和治疗具有重要的临床应用价值。目前主要用于不明原因胸膜和肺疾病的诊断以及顽固性胸腔积液、难治性气胸、急性脓胸、乳糜胸等的治疗。相信不久的将来内科胸腔镜技术会成为呼吸内科医师的一项常规操作技术。

Abstract:

Abstract：Medical thoracoscopy，a non-invasive technology featured by high safety，effectiveness and manageability，has been clinically significant to the diagnosis and treatment of pleural and pulmonary diseases.The scope of clinical application has covered the diagnosis of pleural and pulmonary diseases with unknown etiology and the treatment of intractable pleural effusion，intractable pneumothorax，acute empyema and chylothorax.It is expected that medical thoracoscopy would soon be extensively practised among respiratory physicians.
