正畸治疗对骨性Ⅱ类伴下颌后缩患者的上气道影响研究进展

摘要: 骨性Ⅱ类是一种常见的发育异常错𬌗畸形,不仅影响面部美观和口颌功能,还与呼吸功能密切相关。该类畸形患者的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征发病率明显升高。正畸治疗能够在不同程度上改变牙颌面结构及面部美观,同时还会影响上气道的形态和功能。文章就上气道的常用评估方法、骨性Ⅱ类与上气道狭窄的相关性及不同正畸治疗方法对骨性Ⅱ类伴下颌后缩患者上气道影响的现有研究做一综述。

Abstract: Skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion is a prevalent developmental dentofacial anomaly that affects not only facial esthetics and stomatognathic function but is also intimately linked to respiratory function. Patients presenting with this deformity exhibit a significantly higher prevalence of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome. While orthodontic treatment can modify dentofacial structures and improve facial profiles to varying degrees,it simultaneously exerts an impact on the morphology and physiological function of the upper airway. This article provides a comprehensive review of current researches regarding common assessment modalities for the upper airway,the correlation between skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion and airway constriction,and the specific effects of various orthodontic therapeutic strategies on the upper airway in patients with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion and mandibular retrusion.
