作者简介: 郭斌，教授，主任医师，博士研究生导师。现任解放军总医院口腔医学中心主任。兼任四川大学华西口腔医学院客座教授（博导），北京市口腔医学会全科口腔医学专委会副主任委员，中华口腔医学会老年口腔医学专委会常务委员，《全科口腔医学杂志》副主编，《中华老年口腔医学杂志》编委等职。主持部省级重点科技攻关项目、国家自然科学基金项目多项，作为负责人承担的科研项目经费共计260万。5年来，发表学术论文45篇，其中SCI及Medline收录23篇（第一作者），参编专著8部，主编科普书籍1部。

摘要：

临床路径是一种质量效益型医疗质量管理模式，当疾病的诊断和治疗引入这种模式时，整个诊疗过程将遵循一个有严格工作顺序的和准确时间要求的诊疗计划。因而，在规范疾病预防和控制，减少康复延迟和医疗资源的浪费等方面，有可以预见的广泛前景。本文介绍了制定和分析医院就诊老年患者牙髓根尖周病临床路径的方法，希望能促进疾病预防和控制规范的推广。

Abstract:

Abstract：Clinical pathway is a health care management model which is proved to be qualified and efficient.When involved in the diagnosis and treatment of pulpal and periapical diseases in elderly patients in dental hospital，clinical pathway would make the process follow a diagnosis and treatment plan with strict working order and exact schedule.In this way， it could standardize the prevention and control of diseases，reduce the delay of recovery，and cut down the waste of medical resources，which have foreseeable wide prospect.This article recommends the way to establish and analyze clinical pathway of pulpal and periapical diseases in elderly patients in dental hospital，and then promote the popularization of the clinical standard.
