摘要:

牙齿发育是一个长期、连续、复杂的生物学过程,多种信号分子参与调节,其分子机制可总结为:通过外胚层来源的上皮和下方间充质互相作用,调节牙齿的形态学发生。本文就牙齿发育的各个信号通路及其相互作用做一综述。

Abstract:

The tooth development is a long-term, serial and complex process,in which various signal molecules are involved. The molecule mechanism of teeth development can be concluded as follows: the tooth development is governed by sequential and reciprocal epithelial-mesenchymal interactions. This article gives a summary related to various signal pathways and the interaction between them.
