鸟氨酸脱羧酶在口腔白斑组织中表达及其意义研究

摘要:

目的 研究鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)与口腔白斑的发生、发展乃至癌变潜能的关系。方法 选取2009—2010年大连医科大学附属第一医院口腔科收治且经病理确诊的口腔白斑患者22例,以其病变黏膜组织为研究对象,同时以11例正常口腔黏膜、22例口腔扁平苔藓组织和22例口腔鳞癌组织为对照。采用免疫组化法检测ODC在各种组织中的表达,并对阳性率进行比较分析。结果 在口腔正常黏膜、扁平苔藓、白斑和鳞癌组织中ODC的阳性率依次增加;ODC在口腔扁平苔藓中的阳性率高于正常黏膜,但差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),ODC在口腔白斑中的阳性率与正常黏膜和扁平苔藓的差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05),口腔鳞癌组织中ODC的阳性率显著高于其余组(P < 0.05)。结论 ODC表达程度可用于判断口腔白斑的恶变倾向及口腔鳞癌的恶性程度。

Abstract:

Abstract:Objective To study the relationshiop of ODC with the OLK occurrence,its development and even the canceration potential. Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed to examine the expression of 22 patients with OLK and compare with that of 11 cases of normal oral mucosa,22 cases of oral lichen planus and 22 cases of squamous cell carcinoma. Results The expression of ODC increased in turn from normal oral mucosa to OLP,oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma. ODC was higher than the normal oral cavity mucous membrane in the oral lichen planus masculine expression,but did not have statistic difference (P > 0.05);the positive rate of ODC in oral leukoplakia had statistic difference compared with the normal mucosa and lichen planus (P < 0.05). The expression of ODC in squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than the other three groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Expression level of ODC can be used to judge oral leukoplakia canceration tendency and the malignancy degree of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
