正畸治疗中的调牙合问题

  • 作者简介:王美青，教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任第四军医大学口腔医院颞下颌关节病科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会颞下颌关节病学及牙合学专业委员会副主任委员、牙合学学组组长，中华医学会第三届理事会理事，国际牙医师学院院士，《中华口腔医学杂志》、《上海口腔医学》等5 本核心期刊编委等职务。承担并完成国家自然科学基金项目7 项，国家教委高等院校骨干教师项目1 项，军队科研规划项目1 项，陕西省科协项目1 项。在国际上率先提出并论证了咬合异常可作为独立的致病因素导致颞下颌关节退行性变的观点。已在SCI 收录的杂志上发表第一作者或通讯作者论文25 篇。主编出版专著4部。曾获陕西省科技进步一等奖、全军科技进步二等奖各1项。

摘要：

正畸治疗后是否应该进行调牙合是一个颇具争议的问题，其主要原因之一是目前对正常牙合的标准尚未达成共识，因此，正畸后调牙合治疗的目标尚不明确。本文根据笔者的临床工作体会，阐述了正畸结束时进行调牙合治疗的必要性以及调牙合治疗的指征、时机和注意事项。

Abstract:

Abstract：It is a great conflict whether it is necessary to perform occlusal equilibration before completion of orthodontic treatment. One of the reasons for this conflict is lacking of the agreement on the concept of normal occlusion， and in turn there is no clarification of the therapy target of occlusal equilibration. Based on the author’s clinical experience，in the present review， the necessity and the indications，opportunities， and matters needing attentions of occlusal equilibration before completion of the orthodontic treatment are described.
