摘要:

过去人们研究肿瘤趋化迁移的生物学特性,主要集中于肿瘤细胞受到趋化向外转移方面。近年来,随着干细胞研究的深入,人们发现了间充质干细胞向肿瘤的轴向趋化效应,进而产生了一种新的观点,即“间充质干细胞可能是一种很有希望的肿瘤靶向治疗新载体”。趋化因子及其受体在这一趋化过程中扮演重要的角色,如SDF-1/CXCR4、IP-10 和 I-TAC/CXCR3、MCP-1/CCR2等。本文对这些趋化因子及其受体的结构、生物学特性进行了回顾,对其在肿瘤细胞、间充质干细胞上的表达,在间充质干细胞向肿瘤迁移中的作用以及基因治疗等提高趋化迁移能力的方法进行了综述,为提高间充质干细胞在口腔肿瘤治疗中的疗效提供帮助。

Abstract:

Abstract:In the past,tumor cell immigration was studied as a focus in tumor research. With the development of stem cell research,the axial chemotactic effect of mesenchymal stem cells towards tumors has been found. Based on this finding,mesenchymal stem cells acting as anti-cancer drug carriers toward the tumor sites are considered promising in tumor therapy. Some chemokines and their receptors such as SDF-1/CXCR4,IP-10 and I-TAC/CXCR3,and MCP-1/CCR2 are found to play an important role in mesenchymal stem cells axial chemotactic effect. In this article,we reviewed the structure and biological characteristics of these chemokines and their receptors and their expression on tumor cells and mesenchymal stem cells. The effects of these chemokines/receptors on mesenchymal stem cells migration to tumors were also reviewed. Lastly,the treatment methods for example gene therapy were summarized.
