釉基质蛋白促进牙周组织再生研究进展

摘要:

提要:近年来,牙周组织再生的研究取得了重要进展。来自上皮根鞘的釉基质蛋白不仅在胚胎时期参与无细胞性牙骨质的形成,而且可促进无细胞性牙骨质的再生。釉基质蛋白用于牙周组织再生治疗已成为近年来牙周病领域的研究热点。本文就釉基质蛋白促进牙周组织再生方面的研究概况做一综述。

Abstract:

Summary:During the past decade,many important achievements have been made in the field of periodontal tissue regeneration. More and more evidence has indicated that the enamel matrix proteins(EMPs) which originate from Hertwigs's epithelial root sheath not only can be involved in the formation of acellular cementum,but also have the potential to induce regeneration of the same type of cementum during the stage of embryo. Enamel matrix proteins have been a hotspot in recent years in the field of periodontics. This article summarizes the recent studies on the effects of enamel matrix proteins in the periodontal regeneration.
