口腔种植外科与修复并发症及其应急处理

  • 作者简介:黄远亮，医学博士、教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任同济大学附属东方医院口腔科主任、上海市卫生系统重点种植专科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔种植专业委员会委员，中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会委员，上海口腔医学会口腔种植专业委员会副主任委员，上海市口腔医学会副会长，国际牙科研究协会（IADR）会员、中国分部委员，《口腔颌面外科杂志》、《中国口腔材料器械杂志》、《上海口腔医学杂志》、《口腔医学研究杂志》编委等职。研究领域为口腔种植与颅颌面缺损种植重建，涉足方向包括组织工程技术与种植、基于CT与计算机辅助技术的种植外科以及种植前外科等。1999年入选上海市卫生系统百名跨世纪学科带头人培养计划，2005年创立和领导的口腔种植中心首批入选上海市卫生系统重点专科建设计划。获上海医学科技进步三等奖、上海市卫生系统科技创新新人奖及全国先进工作者称号。国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。

摘要：

提要：随着现代经济、文化及健康教育的进步，口腔种植外科与修复技术有望成为缺失牙患者的首选修复方法。在临床口腔种植技术日趋成熟的今天，注重患者诊疗过程中的细节，分享口腔种植手术的成功经验，探讨修复环节中的失误，分析失败病例的原因，汲取主要的教训，总结应急处理中的要点和方法将对于临床口腔种植医生的健康成长与进步有着十分有益的启迪。本文通过笔者历年积累的临床病例与文献复习着重介绍这一专题。

Abstract:

Summary：With the development of modern economy， culture and health education， dental implant therapy and prosthodontics are expected to be the first-choice treatment for patients with missing teeth. Therefore，it is very good for the clinical physicians to pay attention to the details during the process of diagnosis and treatment，to share experience of successful therapy，to discuss the errors in the prosthodontic phase，to analyze the causes of failure cases，to learn lessons from the failure， and to summarize the main points and methods of emergency management. This paper tries to talk about this topic based on years of collection of clinical cases and the literature review.
