摘要:
提要:对患者进行牙种植支持式修复设计时,首先应考虑到修复体的生物力学状态。任何一个牙种植支持式的修复,如果不符合生物力学原则,有可能导致生物力学方面的并发症并影响到牙种植修复的长期稳定性。牙周病所致无牙颌患者通常有较严重的牙槽嵴萎缩,有较大的颌间距离,修复后通常有较长的牙冠,在这类患者的修复设计中对其生物力学特点应有更多的考虑。本文讨论了在这类患者修复设计中生物力学因素及其与生物力学并发症的关系,并对如何有效修复设计进行了讨论。

Abstract:
Summary:When we have an implant-supported restoration plan for an edentulous patient,what should be taken into account is the biomechanical condition of the prosthesis. Any implant-supported restoration that can’t meet the biomechanical criteria may lead to and affect long-term stability of the implant. In the edentulous patients with history of periodontal disease,severe alveolar ridge atrophy,larger interarch distance and long crown prosthesis are usually the clinical features. We need to pay more attention to it when we carry ont a treatment plan in these patients. The biomechanical factors of the implant-supported restorations and their relationship with the complications and protocols to effectively handle these situations are discussed in this paper.
