表面处理对纤维桩黏结强度的影响

摘要:

提要:纤维根管桩已越来越多被用于修复根管治疗后的牙齿。桩核修复体的固位力和耐久性是修复成功的关键。纤维根管桩的固位力与黏结剂的选择、纤维桩的种类及形态、桩表面处理方法等因素密切相关。本文就不同的桩表面处理方法对纤维桩黏结性能的影响进行综述。

Abstract:

Summary:The use of fiber posts in the restoration of endodontically treated teeth has increased in popularity. The clinical success of a post-and-core restoration depends on the retention and the durability. The retention is closely related to the type of bonding agent and fiber post,surface treatment of post,etc. In this paper,the effect of surface treatments on bond strength of fiber posts is reviewed.
