自身增强聚乳酸接骨板在颌骨骨折中的临床应用体会

摘要:

目的 应用自身增强聚乳酸接骨板治疗颌面部骨折,评价其临床应用价值。方法 选择2006年1月至2008年12月大连市中心医院口腔颌面外科35例颌面部骨折病例,均行坚固内固定手术治疗,术中共使用自身增强聚乳酸接骨板67块,下颌骨颏孔区骨折术后辅以牙弓夹板固定。术后观察并评价疗效。结果 术后所有病例切口均一期愈合,骨折固定稳定,咬合关系良好。其疗效评价:优22例(62.86%),良13例(37.14%),无效果较差病例;远期随访未出现骨折移位、瘘管形成和固定材料排出等现象。结论 自身增强聚乳酸接骨板可广泛应用于上颌骨骨折和下颌骨正中线性骨折;颏孔区线性骨折需辅以牙弓夹板固定。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the clinical value of self-reinforced polylactic acid plate in jaw fractures. Methods A total of 35 patients with maxillofacial fracture were selected from Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,Dalian Central Hospital from January 2006 to December 2008. All patients were treated with rigid internal fixation, and 67 self-reinforced Polylactic acid plates were used. Dental arch splint fixation was used after operation for mandibular symphysis fracture. Results All cases healed primarily and maintained satisfactory occluding relation after 1 year follow-up. No complication occurred. Conclusions Self-reinforced polylactic acid plates are widely used in the fractures of maxilla and regio mentalis. The fracture of mental foramen should combine dental splints but intermaxillary wiring is not necessary.
