光固化法修复金属烤瓷修复体崩瓷的临床效果研究

摘要:

目的 探讨用光固化法修复金属烤瓷修复体(PFM)崩瓷的临床效果。方法 对2003年9月至2008年9月建阳市立医院口腔科收治的23例PFM崩瓷病例采取折裂断面固位预备,利用10.0%~12.5%氢氟酸进行黏结面的瓷表面处理30~120 s,必要时在裸露的基底冠上进行粗化或制备固位洞型,配合使用硅烷瓷处理剂和自酸蚀黏结材料,用树脂进行光固化复色充填修复。结果 修复后随访观察6个月至5年,23例中20例修复后修复体无松动、脱落、变色,效果良好,成功率86.96%。3例松脱后重新修复,效果满意。结论 利用光固化技术进行崩瓷口内即刻修补,具有经济、美观、简便、有效的特点,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the clinical effect of light-cure technique to repair porcelain fracture in PFM. Methods 23 cases of porcelain fracture in PFM occurred during five years from 2003 to 2008 . We all did the ceramic surface conditioning in advance, and the surface etched with 10.0%~12.5% hydrofluoric acid for 30 s to 120 s. If necessary, the exposing base should be coarsened or cavities prepared, then light-cured composite resin filling followed and the colors compounded with silane primer and ibond material. Results After follow-up of 6 months to 5 years,20 cases showed good result;no loosening,no discoursing and no color-turning. The success rate was 86.96%. Conclusion The light-cure technique used to repair porcelain fracture in PFM has good clinical effect.
