摘要：

提要：口腔种植技术经过几千年发展，一步步地走向了成熟。我们在谈论种植技术的成功和优越性时，也必须面对种植体失败的问题。本文分析了种植体失败的可能原因并提出了降低其失败率的一些方案。

Summary：After thousands of years’ development， implantology has gone to mature step by step. As we talk about the success and advantage of implantology， we must face the failure of implant. This article summarizes the governing fail reasons in order to promote the chance of success.
