双颌前突矫治

摘要：

提要：双颌前突是指上、下颌骨同时前突的一类错牙合畸形，主要是由上下颌发育过度或上下牙弓突度过大引起。临床上较为常见，矫治难度较大。本文从双颌前突的主要特征、病因机制、软硬组织侧貌、矫治、矫治后保持与复发等各方面进行综述。

Abstract:

Summary：The bi-maxillary protrusion is a class of malloclusion with protruding maxilla and mandible，caused by bi-maxillary overgrown or bi-maxillary dental protrusion. In clinic，bi-maxillary protrusion is common and difficult to treat. In this paper，bi-maxillary protrusion is reviewed on the main features，etiology mechanisms， soft and hard tissue profile，therapy， retention and relapse.
