两种X线重叠测量法测量功能矫治后骨、牙性改变比较研究

摘要:目的 分析比较使用两种X线头影重叠测量方法对骨性Ⅱ类错牙合功能矫形治疗后磨牙关系骨、牙性改变的测量效果。方法 选择2002年7月至2004年7月江西医学院附属口腔医院正畸科14例经功能矫形治疗的病例,对其治疗前后的X线头颅定位侧位片进行定点描记,以Bj?rk和Johnson 两种X线重叠测量方法,分别对所有患者磨牙关系骨、牙性变化进行测量和分析。结果 腭平面相对前颅底结构未发生旋转且下颌无明显整体旋转;Johnson分析法与Bj?rk分析法对磨牙关系骨性、牙性改变比较时,上、下颌骨性与上、下颌牙性的测量结果差异均无统计学意义。结论 对功能矫形治疗后磨牙关系上、下颌的骨性和牙性改变测量分析时,两种X线重叠测量方法可能会产生相近的效果;针对性地选择Johnson分析法可使功能矫形治疗后的磨牙关系骨、牙性改变测量分析更为简捷。

Abstract:

Abstract:Objective To compare the reliability of two different cephalometric superimposition method, including Bj?rk’s structural and Johnson methods, for evaluating skeletal and dental changes contributing to sagittal molar correction afcer functional othopedic treatment. Methods The material consisted of 14 pairs of cephalograms obtained before and after functional othopedic treatment .Each pair of cephalograms were superimposed and traced by two different methods to quantitatively evaluate the sagittal molar occlusal change, including dental and skeletal changes.The cephalometric data before and after treatment were analysed statistically. Rusults With approximately no total rotation, and no rotation between anterior cranial base and nasal line, there was no statistically significant difference in the skeletal and dental changes contributing to sagittal molar correction between the Bj?rk’s structural and the Johnson method. Conclusion The two methods,which varied on superimposition and measuring the skeletal and dental changes contributing to sagittal molar correction, might resulted in the identical effect. The Johnson method is comparatively direct and distinct in quantitatively evaluating skeletal and dental changes of molar correction.
