功能性矫治器治疗生长发育期下颌后缩

摘要：

提要：结合矫治下颌后缩畸形的常用功能性矫治器在国内外研究和应用的现状，简要阐述了此类矫治器的分类、特点、工作原理、矫治效果及适应证等方面的内容，旨在为临床如何合理选用功能性矫治器治疗生长发育期安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:

Summary：According to the current research advances and status home and abroad， which focus on the clinical utilization of functional appliances in the treatment of mandibular retrusion， we briefly present the classification ，characteristics， mechanism，treatment effect and operative indications of such kind of appliances commonly used. This article aims at providing reference information for the clinical selection and application of function appliances in the treatment of Angle Class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion during growth period.
