早期加载种植修复前牙缺失临床应用研究

摘要： 摘要：目的 观察应用非埋植型纯钛锥状螺旋种植体与天然牙联合支持早期加载修复前牙缺失的临床效果。方法 对1998年10月至2008年12月江西省萍乡市人民医院口腔科152例前牙缺失患者植入216枚CDIC非埋植型纯钛锥状螺旋种植体并早期加载完成义齿修复，临床观察6个月至4年。结果 209枚种植体与上部修复体各项评价指标正常，7枚失败，种植成功率为96.8%。结论 应用CDIC非埋植型纯钛锥状螺旋种植体修复前牙缺失，采用种植牙与天然牙联合支持早期加载，可缩短修复周期，满足患者的美观与功能要求。

Abstract: Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical results of the early restoration by combination of tooth and implant for missing anterior tooth. Methods Totally 152 patients were treated with CDIC implant，all receiving early restoration supported by combinantion of implant and tooth，and were followed up for 6-48 months. Results The survival rate was 96.76% for all implants. All indexes of the restoration were normal. Conclusion The clinical trial indicates that such restoration can shorten the healing period with ideal treatment effect.
