MBT直丝弓矫治器矫治成年人安氏Ⅱ类1分类并开牙合的临床研究

摘要： 目的 研究MBT直丝弓矫治器治疗成年人安氏Ⅱ类1分类并开牙合的临床疗效。方法 选择2006年湛江中心人民医院口腔科就诊的24例成年人安氏Ⅱ类1分类并开牙合患者，随机分为两组，试验组（12例）采用MBT直丝弓矫治器治疗，对照组（12例）采用传统直丝弓矫治器治疗。两组均在治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位片，对治疗前后效果的对比及组间比较采用t检验。结果 治疗后两组均有效。尤以试验组为优。治疗后试验组U1－Y平均减小5.48 mm，U1-SN平均减少6.67°，U1-L1平均增加5.36°，其变化具有统计学意义，SNA、SNB、MP－SN、L1－Y等指标改变不明显。治疗时间平均24.2个月。结论 MBT直丝弓矫治器能更有效地矫正上颌前突、前牙开牙合，纠正上唇紧张外翻，协调上下唇软组织关系，改善面型。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of Class Ⅱdivsion I malocclusion with openbite treated by MBT straight wire appliance. Methods Totally 24 cases of Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion with openbite from clinic patients including14 males and 10 females were diveded into two groups.The treatment group was treated with MBT straight wire appliance.The control group was treated with traditional straight wire appliance. Their cephalometric radiographs before and after treatment were compared in terms of 12 hard-tissue indicators. Results The study indicated：The result of treatment group was more effective than that of the control group. The treatment group：u1-Y decreased 5.48mm averagely， U1-SN decreased 6.67°averagely and U1-L1 averagely increased 5.36°， showing distinguished improvement.Length of treatment averaged 24.2 months. Conclusion MBT straight wire appliance is distinctively effective in the treatment of Class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion with openbite，maxillary protrusion and anterior teeth openbite，and improve the face shape.
