Snap附着体义齿修复游离端牙列缺损15例效果观察

摘要：

目的 评价Snap附着体义齿修复游离端牙列缺损的临床效果。方法 选择2004年3月至 2005年3月于武警广东公安边防总队深圳医院口腔科就诊的游离端牙列缺损患者15例，采用Snap附着体进行修复治疗，经过3年的临床观察，通过患者主观感受、临床检查和X线检查评价其修复效果。结果 Snap附着体义齿美观舒适，咀嚼有力，未对支持组织造成损害。结论 Snap附着体是一种较为理想的修复游离端牙列缺损的附着体。

Abstract:

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Snap attachment in restoration of posterior distal-extension edentulous areas. Methods Snap attachment was used in 15 cases of posterior distal-extension edentulous areas. After 3 years of clinical observation，the effect was evaluated by the following indices，including subjective feeling and clinical and X-ray examination. Results Patients feel the attachment denture was comfortable and beautiful with mastication convenience，and has no harm on the peridontal tissues. Conclusion The Snap attachment is a favorable choice to restore posterior distal-extension edentulous areas.
