Abstract: The vascular anomalies in the oral and maxillofacial region are a common disease， which accounts for approximately 60% of the lesion in the whole body. The facial vascular anomalies not only affect the appearance and function of patients but also can cause the psychological problems. The treatment of vascular anomalies is extremely challenging because of the difficulty in how to choose a safe and effective method from so many management choices. From the view point of plastic and aesthetic surgery， it can be concluded from this study that the most appropriate treatment of vascular anomalies should depend on the classifications as well as the special anatomy region.
