微静脉畸形激光治疗研究现状与进展

摘要: 本文介绍了单纯脉冲激光疗法和激光光动力疗法(PDT)两种手段治疗微静脉畸形的现状与进展,比较了二者的疗效和优缺点。指出与单独脉冲激光治疗相比, 激光PDT治疗微静脉畸形时可降低激光照射剂量,减少由热效应造成的皮肤损伤,更有把握在提高疗效的同时不留瘢痕,是治疗微静脉畸形的最佳手段的结论。新型光敏药物的临床应用研究正在进行中。

Abstract: In this article, we mainly overview the current state and advance of pulsed laser therapy and laser PDT for venular malformation,and compare the effects and the advantages or disadvantages of two methods, and point out that laser PDT treatment of venular malformation may reduce the dose of laser irradiation ,reduce the thermal effects caused by skin lesions,compared with pulsed laser therapy;it is the best alternative for treating port wine stains. Further study on new PS is undertaken.
