骨形成蛋白-2在成釉细胞瘤中表达的研究

摘要：

目的 探讨成釉细胞瘤（AB）的发病和复发机制。方法 对2004—2006年中国医科大学口腔医学院和沈阳市口腔医院病理科存档的34例病理诊断为AB的蜡块标本（滤泡型AB 18例，丛状型AB 10例，壁性AB 6例）及口腔正常黏膜蜡块标本14例，采用SABC法免疫组化检测BMP-2的表达。胞浆出现棕黄色颗粒为阳性着色。用改良打分法半定量分析BMP-2表达。采用秩和检验比较。结果 AB与正常口腔黏膜的BMP-2表达差异具有统计学意义。滤泡型AB组、丛状型AB组和壁性AB 组间差异无统计学意义。结论 BMP-2在AB中有阳性表达。在不同病理类型的AB中， BMP-2的表达差异无统计学意义。BMP-2在AB的发生、发展中起重要作用。

Abstract:

Objective To discuss the mechanism of onset and relapse of ameloblastoma.

Methods Immunohistochemical detection on expression of BMP-2 was done with SABC method. The specimens were archived wax slices from the 1st Affiliated College of China Medical University and Shenyang Stomatologic Hospital， among which 34 （18 follicular， 10 plexiform， and 6 parietal） were ameloblastoma through pathological diagnosis and 14 were normal oral mucosa. Result determination： brown yellow granule appearing in cytoplasm means positive coloration. Perform semi-quantitative analysis on the expression of BMP-2 with modified scoring method. Results Significant difference was seen between the expression in the ameloblastoma and that of normal epithelium，but no significant difference among AB group， plexiform AB group， and parietal AB group. Conclusion Positive expression of BMP-2 can be seen in ameloblastoma. There's no significant difference on the expression of BMP-2 among ameloblastoma with different histopathologic type. Being an cytodifferentiation factor， BMP-2 plays an important role in the onset and development of ameloblastoma.
