Silensor口腔矫治器治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者心理状况改变

摘要：

目的 探讨Silensor口腔矫治器治疗对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）患者心理状况的影响。方法 对沈阳市口腔医院正畸科2004年8月至2008年2月收治的OSAS患者150例，Silensor口腔矫治器矫治前后的心理状况进行比较分析。结果 OSAS患者矫治后心理状况各项指标较矫治前均不同程度降低，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 OSAS患者存在明显心理障碍，Silensor口腔矫治器治疗有助于患者的身心康复。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate psychological state of patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAS）and the effect of Silensor appliance therapy on it. Methods Totally 150 patients from Stomatology Hospital of Shenyang were treated with Silensor appliance and their psychological state was compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment，the psychological markers of OSAS patients decreased at different degrees，which was of statistal difference （P < 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with OSAS are more anxious and depressive than normal. Silensor appliance conduces to physical and mental rehabilitation of OSAS.
