蛋白激酶CK2-α′在SACC-83及SACC-LM 细胞中的表达

摘要：

目的 探讨蛋白激酶CK2-α′与涎腺腺样囊性癌（SACC）肺转移的关系。方法 2008年4 — 7月于中国医科大学第一中心实验室，利用Western blotting方法对同一来源不同转移能力的SACC-83及SACC-LM细胞进行蛋白检测分析。结果 蛋白激酶CK2-α′在两种细胞的细胞核中的表达都高于在细胞质中的表达;与SACC-83细胞相比，SACC-LM 细胞的细胞核及细胞质中蛋白激酶CK2-α′均呈高表达。结论 蛋白激酶CK2-α′的表达可能与涎腺腺样囊性癌的肺转移呈正相关。

Abstract:

Objective Expression of protein kinase CK2-α′in cells of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma （SACC-83） and salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma of lung metastasis （SACC-LM） was studied. Methods After these two kinds of cells were cultured，cytoplasm and nucleus protein were extracted and Western blotting was used to detect the expression level of the proteinkinase CK2-α′. Results The results showed that the expression in SACC-LM cells was higher than that in SACC-83. The expression in nucleus was higher than that in cytoplasm in both SACC-83 and SACC-LM cells. Conclusion The expression is positively related to pulmonary metastasis of salivary cystic carcinoma.
