纳米二氧化钛涂层的TC4材料对种植体周优势菌的抗菌性能研究

摘要:

目的 评价纳米二氧化钛(Nano-TiO2)涂层的TC4材料对种植体周优势菌的抗菌效果。方法 2007年7月至2008年6月于广东省佛山市第二人民医院采用种植体周围炎可疑致病菌株牙龈卟啉单胞菌、血链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,对Nano-TiO2涂层的TC4材料(实验组)和未涂层的TC4材料(对照组)进行抑菌圈测定,并通过测定细菌量比较两种材料的抗菌效果。结果 (1) 经过适宜条件下的培养,Nano-TiO2涂层的TC4试件与未涂层的TC4试件对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、血链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌圈直径均为0 mm;(2)两种试件经全皿计数法得出的菌落计数比较,实验组与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组对牙龈卟啉单胞菌、血链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率分别为94.02%、99.34%、98.72%。结论 采用Nano-TiO2涂层的TC4材料对3种可疑口腔致病菌均具有很好的抗菌效果,其抗菌性能优于未涂层的TC4材料;抑菌圈法不适用于TC4和Nano-TiO2这类低可溶性材料的抗菌活性实验。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the antibacterial efficacy of the nanometer TiO2 thin film on TC4 against peri-implant predominant bacteria. Methods The anti-bacterial circle diameters and bacterial counts were tested that nanometer TiO2 thin film on TC4 and common TC4 material against Pg,Ss,Sa in the Second People’s Hospital of Foshan City from July 2007 to June 2008. Results (1)Through culturing under proper condition,it was found that anti-bacterial circle diameter of Pg,Ss,Sa are all 0mm in both materials. (2) The counts of bacteria had statistical differences between two materials. The ant-ibacterial ratios of nanometer TiO2 thin film on TC4 material against Pg、Ss and Sa were 94.02%、99.34% and 98.72% ,respectively. Conclusion The results indicated that the Nanometer TiO2 thin film on TC4 shows good antibacterial effects in vitro ,the anti-bacterial effect is better than TC4 material .
