正畸与种植体联合治疗下前牙先天缺失伴错牙合畸形15例分析

摘要：

目的 探讨正畸与种植体联合治疗下前牙先天缺失伴错牙合畸形的临床效果。方法 对2003 — 2007年在中国医科大学口腔医学院正畸科就诊的15例下切牙缺失伴错牙合畸形的患者行正畸治疗，开辟种植义齿修复间隙，然后行种植义齿修复缺失牙。结果 经联合治疗后15例患者均获得正常的覆牙合、覆盖关系和美观效果。共植入25枚种植体，随访时间12 ~ 24个月，均稳定无松动。结论 正畸与种植体联合应用治疗伴有下切牙先天缺失的错牙合畸形，能够获得满意的治疗效果。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment combining orthodontics with implant prosthodontics for cases of the missing mandibular insiors with malocclusion. Methods Fifteen cases of the missing mandibular insiors accepted the orthodontic treatment in order to achieve adequate space for implants. After that， the missing teeth were replaced by implant-supported deture. Results All the 15 cases had satisfactory results. Totally 25 implants were inserted. The follow-up time ranged from 12 months to 24 months. All implants were stable. Conclusion The approach combining orthodontics with implant prosthodontics is an effective treatment option for cases of the missing mandibular insiors with malocclusion.
