变形链球菌及其耐氟菌株对玻璃陶瓷-流体树脂粘接强度的影响研究

摘要: 目的 探讨变形链球菌(Streptococcus mutans,S.mutans)UA159及其耐氟菌株UA159-FR对玻璃陶瓷与流体树脂粘接强度的影响。方法 制备玻璃陶瓷-流体树脂试件,分别浸于S.mutans UA159菌液(UA159组)、S.mutans UA159-FR菌液(UA159-FR组)和BHI培养液(对照组)中,连续培养14 d,扫描电镜下观察3组试件的粘接界面情况,并进行微拉伸试验。结果 与对照组试件相比,UA159组和UA159-FR组试件树脂粘接剂与瓷块之间有明显裂隙,但树脂粘接剂和流体树脂之间结合紧密;UA159组和UA159-FR组试件的拉伸强度无明显区别,但都低于对照组试件。结论 S.mutans UA159及其耐氟菌株UA159-FR会对玻璃陶瓷-树脂粘接剂-流体树脂界面产生破坏,使玻璃陶瓷与树脂的粘接强度降低。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Streptococcus mutans (S.mutans) UA159 and its fluoride-resistant strains (UA159-FR) on the bonding of ceramics to fluid resins. Methods Ceramic-fluid resin specimens were prepared. Then immerse them in S.mutans UA159 (UA159 group),its fluoride-resistant strains (UA159-FR group) and BHI culture medium (control group) respectively for 14 days.The bonding interface was observed under electron microscope, and micro-tensile test was carried out. Results Compared with the control group,the specimens immersed in Streptococcus mutans UA159 and its fluoride-resistant strains had obvious cracks between resin bonding agent and ceramic block,but the bonding between resin bonding agent and fluid resin was close. There was no significant difference in microtensile strength between UA159 group and UA159-FR group,but it was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion S.mutans UA159 and its fluoride-resistant strains (UA159-FR) can destroy the interface of ceramic-resin adhesive-fluid resin and reduce the bonding strength between ceramic and resin.
