Abstract:

Grading management mode of children's caries refers to dividing children into different caries risk grades through clinical examination and questionnaire survey, and carrying out corresponding personalized and meticulous management in order to reduce the incidence of children's caries. In recent years,China's health administration has invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the prevention and treatment of children's dental caries, but the result was not good. The fourth national oral epidemiological survey shows that children's dental caries is still with a high prevalence rate. At present, there are many domestic literatures on the risk assessment of childhood caries, but there is no literature on the management mode. Foreign literatures have discussed the management mode of caries in children, and in some areas some steps of caries grading management have been applied to practice. This paper will discuss the grading management mode of children's caries,in order to provide reference for the management of children's caries in China.
