临床龋病风险评估和管理

  • 作者简介:林焕彩，教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任中山大学附属口腔医院副院长。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔预防医学专业委员会候任主任委员。主要研究方向为口腔流行病学、龋病病因和预防。主持国家自然科学基金、省部级等科研课题20多项。发表学术论文100余篇，其中SCI收录40篇。2014—2018年连续入选Elsevier中国高被引学者（牙科学）。主编专著《口腔流行病学》，副主编人民卫生出版社出版的本科生教材《口腔预防医学》（第7版）。

摘要：

根据第四次全国口腔健康流行病学调查报告数据显示，龋病仍然是我国公共卫生领域一个巨大的挑战。目前国际上公认临床龋病风险评估和管理是龋病防治过程中的重要环节。已研发的评估和管理系统，可以对患者进行龋病风险评估和管理。在一些发达国家，这些系统已被纳入到临床治疗和社区口腔保健工作中。文章将介绍目前常用的龋病风险评估和管理系统以及相关进展和评价。

Abstract:

According to China′s 4th National Oral Health Survey，dental caries is still a huge challenge in the field of public health. Caries risk assessment and management is considered as one of the most critical routines in caries prevention and treatment. Researchers have developed risk assessment and management systems that can assess and manage caries risk. In some developed countries，these systems have been widely integrated into clinical treatment and community oral health system. This article will introduce the most common caries risk assessment and management systems，the factors used in them，and give evaluation to current systems.
