颌弓关系不良时现有排牙方法的比较

摘要：

颌弓关系不良会给总义齿修复时的排牙带来困难。教科书中介绍了各类颌弓关系不良时应用解剖牙合型进行排牙的原则。但是，教科书中的原则与方法在应用时还存在一些问题。因此，笔者提出了反牙合分级的实用方法，总结了各种改良牙合型在不同程度反牙合时的适应证，并且设计应用了反转杵臼牙合以满足临床需要。

Abstract:

The inharmonious relationship between maxillae and mandible could cause great difficulty to arrangement of artificial teeth in complete denture. Classical textbook introduced the principles of arrangement of anatomical occlusion in various inharmonious relationship between maxillae and mandible. However，there were some problems in the textbook. Therefore，the author proposed the method of classification of crossbite，summarized the indication of improved occlusal pattern，and then designed used the reversible pestle-mortar teeth to meet clinical needs.
