神经及精神疾病人群拔牙的风险及防治

  • 作者简介:胡开进，教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任第四军医大学口腔医学院口腔外科主任。兼任国际牙医学院院士，中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会常务委员、牙槽外科学组组长，陕西省口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会主任委员，国家自然科学基金及国家科技奖评审专家，国家精品课程主讲教授，国家研究生统编教材《牙及牙槽外科学》主编，国家本科生统编教材《口腔颌面外科学配套光盘》主编，国家住院医师规范化培训教材《口腔颌面外科分册》编委，《中国口腔颌面外科杂志》等8本杂志编委。近年来，主持和参与国家、军队、省部级研究课题15项；发表教学和科研论文200余篇，其中SCI收录40余篇；出版专著36部，其中主编及主译专著18部；获国家、军队、省部级教学及科研奖励19项；获国家专利11项。

摘要：

神经及精神疾病人群的临床症状和体征会干扰此类患者拔牙操作的正常进行；此外，拔牙过程也可能会加重患者神经及精神疾病的临床症状，且围手术期用药亦可能对神经及精神疾病治疗所用药物造成影响。文章针对神经及精神疾病人群拔牙可能出现的风险及其预防和处理进行阐述，以期为口腔医生在临床工作中能够对此类患者安全、顺利地实施牙拔除术提供参考。

Abstract:

The procedure of tooth extraction can be affected by neurological diseases and psychiatric diseases. On the other hand，the process of tooth extraction can also make the symptoms of these diseases worse. Furthermore，the medications used in tooth extraction may interact with those used for neurological diseases or psychiatric diseases. Thus，the aim of this paper is to review the risks of tooth extraction in patients with neurological diseases or psychiatric diseases. Meanwhile，how to prevent the potential risks once happening and  the treatment are also reviewed in this paper，aiming to provide reference for dentists to perform the extract safely and smoothly.
