前牙反牙合的早期矫治

摘要：

前牙反牙合是乳牙列及混合牙列时期的常见问题，对其早期矫治不但能改善患儿美观，也能提升牙牙合功能，并可防止或降低前牙反牙合对牙、牙周组织及骨生长发育产生的不良影响，而其治疗的关键在于区分反牙合是牙源性、功能性还是骨性。临床上应首先在下颌静止及功能性运动状态下对其进行全面检查，并结合X线影像结果进行鉴别诊断，然后采取相应治疗。

Abstract:

Anterior crossbite is a common problem in the primary and mixed dentition.  Early correction of anterior crossbite not only resolves esthetic problems，but also improves function，and consequently prevents or decreases structural damage to the teeth or periodontal tissue and adverse effects on the growth of the dentition and basal bones.The key to its treatment is to distinguish whether anterior crossbite is dental，skeletal，or functional crossbite. Comprehensive clinical evaluation in static conditions and during functional movement，along with radiographic examinations，is required for the  differentiation of anterior crossbites，and then it should be treated accordingly.
