口腔微笑美学的常用评估指标和方法

  • 作者简介:俞青，医学博士、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任南京大学医学院附属口腔医院修复科副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔计算机技术和口腔材料学专业委员会委员、江苏省口腔医学会口腔修复专业委员会副主任委员、江苏省整形美容协会美容牙科分会主任委员等职。曾获南京市中青年行业技术学科带头人称号。主要从事口腔修复医、教、研工作，具有丰富的临床经验。主要研究方向为计算机技术在口腔医学中应用。先后在国内外权威杂志发表学术论文20余篇，获发明专利和软件著作权各两项。

摘要：

现代口腔医学已不只是解决病症、恢复功能，而是在此同时，实现功能和美学的统一。微笑美学已经成为现代人客观评价面部容貌的标准之一。人在微笑过程中所表露的牙体、牙龈和唇齿之间的关系，已经成为口腔美学的分析指标。为了使主观的美学量化，便于在治疗过程中形成客观的测量指标，各种评估方法层出不穷。文章就目前口腔牙颌面多种软硬组织诊治中常用的美学评价指标和方法做一介绍。

Abstract:

Modern oral medicine is not only confined to curing the disease and restoring function，but also aims at achieving the unity of function and aesthetics. Smile aesthetics has become one of the indicators of the objective evaluation of facial features. The relationship between lips and teeth，gums and teeth in the process of smiling has become the analysis index of oral aesthetics. In order to quantify the subjective aesthetic，enabling people to form an objective measurement indicators in the treatment process，a variety of assessment methods have emerged. In this paper，the esthetic evaluation indicators and methods that are commonly used in the diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue are introduced.
