Abstract:It is caused by endometriosis that chronic pelvic pain,dysmenorrhea and infertility in reproductive age, surgery is the best treatment for the reproductive women with fertility requirement. Removing endometriosical lesions can improve pregnancy outcomes and relieve pain. But it is important to the choice of surgical approach for different types of endometriosis. In this paper, we review the surgical approach and treatment to the patient with fertility requirements.
